Good support, fair price, good tracking info. I had a few emails with Liza from their support. She was very kind and helpful. I sent my parcel from Denmark to Bulgaria. It traveled with GLS accross Germany->Austria->Hungary->Romania-> for 7 days w/ weekends (5 working days). I know this from the well updated tracking information. Parcel arrived in good condition. Everything was inside. I am happy as an overrall. Thank you.

1st Time use of this company. Had to cancel 1st order as I imputed wrong address and place new order. But still tried to collect 1 st order. Would be handy to be able to edit order online before collection. Website very slow to respond but did receive a phone call to confirm address and order. Which was very professional. All in all, a good service. Will use a again.
