Parcel box and goods inside came all damaged

The tracking info was frozen when goods arrived to Germany (half way to Dublin destination).
It was delivered today with no information to the receceiver and in the tracking no message of Out for delivery.
I tried for three times to ask updated info on the chat bad nobody reply.
Bad customer service, I’ll think if I use Ecoparcel next time…

My boxes was fully distroid by gls and I tried to communicate ecoparcel after the situation no answer yet, no phone where i can call them.
So now i have 3 full demaged boxes.

Ha llegado el paquete perfecto y en pocos días.

I sent packages to Rome with ecoparcel for the first time. It has been collected on time. Then, I was worried when I heard that only one of the packages has been delivered. I tried to contact ecoparcel through the website and even on facebook to ask about the rest of my package. On facebook, I've been told that maybe the packages have been delivered separately. That was really the case because yesterday, the rest has been delivered. I didn't know. Now, I do and I will use this service again to send my next package, now that I'm familiar with the way how they work. Maybe next time, notify me when the packages will be separately delivered, so that I won't worry much. Thank you for the delivery!
