My contact wasn't there to pick up the package, but the courier sent a pickup location - so they got it fairly quickly! About 3 days after picking up the package (NL - PL).

hey, ecoparcel team, you are the best ! fast shipment, really nice staff ! please promote your service this need for us !! Hungarian's all around in UK

Have used this service a few times and always very happy with it!.

I don't understand why so many horrible reviews. I shipped 4 parcels by now to different countries and never had any serious problems. To be fair, the only thing that's can cause some trouble is that the courier may be a day late to pick up. But hey, if you live in Italy you're used to that attitude, and Ecoparcel cannot really change that- they work with partners as I understand. Would definitely recommend to everyone (just have one day extra to pick up just in case)

I am delighted with both the price and the service received from Ecoparcel will use them again and would recomend them to all ***** 5 Star

I was moving from Italy to Germany and decided to use Ecoparcel to send a huge box which I cannot carry back to Germany. I sent it on Thursday April 2, it arrived on April 8. Considering that it was Easter weekend, I am pleased to get it in a week's time. Thank you!

Great service door to door mainly because price reason. I'll use it again! Sure!

I sent several boxes from sweden to belgium. The boxes arrived in 3 working days. The service has been excellent, no problems at all. It is cheap when compared to other companies.

From Germany to Italy in 3 days, good experience for me.
