We’re very sorry for your experience with our services and understand your frustration.
At the moment, over 30 of your parcels are in transit, and none of them have been lost.
As we explained yesterday, one parcel wasn’t delivered due to an incorrect address. Today we’ve forwarded the correct address to the local depot, and the parcel will be put out for delivery on the next business day.
Transit times from Poland to Italy typically range from 2 to 4 business days; in most cases, parcels are delivered on the third business day (picked up on Monday, delivered on Wednesday).
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance or clarification.
Everything went flawless, shipment from Poland arrived to Slovenia in just 4 days!

Requested pickup but nobody arrived. 2 days past and the shipment had to be canceled. When selecting recollection, a fee is then charge.
No actual person to ask. No way to do anything

We’ve noticed that over 30 collections from this location have been completed successfully before, but the most recent one failed, either because the shipper was absent or the goods weren’t ready.
Please head to the Help Centre and open a ticket so we can investigate.
Since the collection address is an administrative building, the reception may not have passed the parcels to the courier upon arrival.
Let’s discuss further - we’re eager to find a solution.
Arrived in time, price is good; however, the box was damaged, it had been opened, and not sealed properly again, resulting in a couple of smaller items being lost. Luckily, I did not send it directly to the customer. Now I have to replace the box, which cost me €15.
