fast and a good price
This time is was here in less than I expected!
I've been using this service for 1 + 1/2 year to send packages from IT to DK. Reliable and fast service, I usually get them within 4 working days.
I'm leaving in England and I'm using this service for four years when i need my parents to send me food and items i need from Spain and i can't complain about the costumer service of ECOPARCEL. The "lovely" delivery drivers in England is another thing... A couple of times they helped me to carry the parcel to my flat but the most of them complain about it and left the parcel in the building door leaving to me ( a girl of 51Kg) a parcel of 30kg to carry to the second floor.
Not arrived in the process time
As described. Good price. Good communication via email. Boxes were a little damaged, so next time I'll wrap them better. Delivered on time. Telephone contact would be helpful at both ends.
Easy , clear and cheap.
Everything went well. I had a question and they got back to me within 12h. I have to admit I found the website and everything a bit fishy at first, but friends made good experiences with Ecoparcel and so I took a plunge. Other companies would have easily charged 5 x as much. Collection and delivery itself was done by GLS and took less than three days. Which is incredible. Overall: recommendation.
They didnt come to collect my parcel and they didnt give any explanation, so I cancelled the order and I sent it with a different company (they came 4 days later but my parcel was already gone). Now I want my money back and they dont answer any message (ticket, facebook or twitter).
Very very bad service. Forget them for shipping. Parcel send the 28th February, not arrived yet to destination the 23th of March. Tracking service is not reliable at all: Parcel traveled 600 km in 24 seconds! Lol! Never thought that shipping can be such a mess in the 21st century.
