Worst experience ever! I won't us Ecoparcel again!
AWFUL. I have not received my parcel, they delivered to the wrong person. I realised the parcel has been delivered to another person because I got an email to write a review about the service, you can guess what I think of this company ... I was waiting 1 week for my parcel to be collected (they also tried to collect it in the wrong country) and then they deliver it to the wrong person in the wrong country again. Now I have probably lost my package and my money. DO NOT TRUST ECOPARCEL, it's better to pay a little bit more and avoid so many problems.
Parcel damaged, no reply via any message to rectify the situation, very bad customer service DO NOT USE! I had claim forwarded to claim department, waited patiently for for a reply and compensation, was told I would get a refund but none arrived. I repeat do not use.
Parcel was delivered late, and eco were slow to respond
Overall everything fine, our really heavy pack was picked up and received on the days set. however it was not given a time frame so, we had to stay home all day waiting. Also there was no way to contact Ecoparcel staff by phone, just in case the pack went missing or late.
The parcel was collected by a very helpful gentleman on the date specified & arrived in the UK 3 days later. With flights charging so much for check in luggage, this is a very cost effective alternative
My pack has never arrived to the destination!
Picked up on time, delivered on time. Recipient happy, I'm happy.
Reasonable First Experience. Professionalism of team on communicating the times for pick up and review when delivered all items. However duration of the trip was high more than 8 days for less tham 4000 km. Other parcel carriers did it is less than 5 days. Portugal to Romania
