There was a mistake on the sticker. It was absent the names if the sender and of recipient and the address. It was reported only the country of destination Lithuania, but was wrong.
Would love to receive more feedback on delivery... Which company is doing it etc. Support is slow and not useful
Good service collect and deliver on time.
First time user. Booked a parcel from Barcelona to home in Sussex. Collected promptly, kept informed and delivered on time. I'll use them again.
I was very esitant to ship a parcel (with bottles and souvenir) from Latvia to Sicily, but in spite of holidays and non-working days my parcel arrived in perfect condition in 5 working days. Surely I used it again, and I will advise it.
No connection between customer service and the courier, needs 11 days to complete the delivery
Unacceptable experience. I sent two packages from Slovakia: one for Italy and one for Spain. The packages were mixed and they sent in Italy the package for the Spain and in Spain the package for the Italy even though the labels were sticked correctly. I'm so disappointed that I haven't received yet ANY support for the customer service. That's really unacceptable!
Very fast! In only 2 days from Spain to France!
Sent 2 suitcases of 20kg from London to my village in Spain and everything ok and very accurate. Nothing broken. Sent them on the 31st and received them on the 5th (after the weekend).
Picked up on time and delivered in Spain three (working) days later so really pleased. Much cheaper than any other company I obtained quotes for - only thing was I got a quote for my parcel - all dimensions and weight and then went out and bought the boxes and packed them up only to go on to the pay now page and discover that the size of box and the weight were over the limit, despite being quoted for the exact measurements and weight so I wasted £20 buying boxes and had to send 3 instead of one
