The shipment arrived on time (on 5th day), but the communication process was nerve wracking. First, the agents replied promptly, then, they simply disappeared. There was a lot of politeness, but little actual help. There's no contact phone, only email (now obvious why). Couriers can come any time, so you have to be the whole day at home, during working hours. Even more so, the courier failed to come the day it said it will. So one day sitting at home was wasted, and half of the other day was wasted as well (can't they simply make a call before they come?) All this was accompanied by ignorant communication (polite but ignorant, quite typical for British companies in our experience). Even if the parcel arrived on time, and the price was affordable, it was a very bad experience. Pay a bit more and choose other company.

Collected and delivered in a timely manner, but there is a "T-shaped" cut along side the cartbox, nothing was taken or damaged, but it could have happened. Otherwise good service overall.

Missed the agreed pickup which could have been a disaster for me

Shipment from France to Sicily (Italy), it took less than 4 days and the service was very good. I would recommend!

Fast, easy and reliable

I'm totally satisfied with the Ecoparcel! They deliver my parcel even earlier that I thought. Despite that my parcel was not in the cardboard box it came safe and sound (but I'm not recommending to put fragile stuff in it in that case). Great price, fast delivery! I would recommend Ecoparcel.

Great! Very good price and very good service! I'm not totally satisfied with the tracking-function but it is well compensated by the service overall.

Easy pickup, though would prefer if there was a drop-off point, and very quick delivery. All for the lowest price I could find. Will use again and recommend to others.

Terrible service. Booked a pickup on Tuesday and was told it would be collected Thursday, waited in all day and then got a message saying it had been collected when obviously it hadn't. Contacting Ecoparcel but they take ages to respond. Eventually get a message saying that there was an error and it would be collected Friday. Friday morning I get a message saying "We have noticed that you did not finish your order. If you have any questions or you need any help, please contact us! ". No explanation as to what part of the order was not finished as I had given all the details, paid the fee and received an Order Confirmation. Emailed Ecoparcel and as yet after 9 hours I still have not received a reply and my parcel has not been collected after wasting another day waiting in.
