Everything great. Except the waiting from 8am to 6pm its too long

Everything went smoothly. The parcels were picked up and delivered as booked. I will use Ecoparcel again in the future.

VERY BAD SERVICE! 1. My package was not delivered to my place eventho I spent 2 days at home just waiting for it, becuz I knew it might arrive in these days and at the end I just got an email that it was left in a parcel shop and then I had to do a lot of effort to bring 15Kg package home! I asked them about it and they told me they told the courier to bring the package to my home but they didn't provide any detail about it and I knew with this process it might take like 1 more week for this to happen so i collected it myself. 2. very very bad customer service. If you look at the website, it's not easy to find a way to contact them (at least for me it took a long while) and at the end when you find an email, the person responsible didn't answered me fast! and the answers were not detailed and complete in my opinion. The costumer service should answer you sooner. This company is incapable of giving you a certain time for delivery! (sth like friday morning between 9 and 12). I do NOT recommend using this service for people whom their time is important for them. Now I have my package but I am very angry and tired and I wish that I had brought my package with another way. I thought it would be like they ring your bell and collect your package and then ring the bell and deliver it, but I was wrong! At least in my case it was not like this!

Great service

An easy to use website with clear step by step instructions. Parcel was collected when stated and delivered 3 days later with no damage to the packaging at all. This will be my preferred method of sending items abroad. Forget national mail services this service hugely outweighs them. Reasonable pricing.

I used ecoparcel to deliver 4 packages from Netherlands to Portugal. After waiting an entire day at home from 08:00-19:00 for the courier to collect the packages, the courier never came without any notification. I sent to ecoparcel that the courier needs to come the following day strictly by 12:00, because then I had to catch a flight, and otherwise I want a refund. They responded that they instructed the courier to come in the morning. However, once again, the courier never came and there was no notification at all. Because of the unacceptable service of ecoparcel, I had to look for a post company in the last minute which led to me losing my flight... Fortunately, ecoparcel refunded me the whole price I paid for the packages.
