Pick up was on time I was kept informed along the way Excellent service
Easy to place booking for pick up and delivery. The only thing is it took 9 days to deliver and the booking sheet said 4-6. But packet came in perfect condition. Will use again

Expecting to stay at home 8am-6pm is a bit too much, then the pick up was over an hour late and we were not aware about it.

It was a great experience. Good pickup and delivery within 3 days (internationally). The only improvement would be to give a 2h window for the pickup.

I used ecoparcel few times and every time the service was smooth. But... the packages arrived broken and once almost all the content was destroyed, so I imagine that the boxes were not taken care off in a proper way. There's a lot of restrictions of the content of the boxes. It's definitely the cheapest way to send your stuff but with no guarantee it will arrive safe...
The shipment was a really good price, which is why we used this service. Pick up in the first round was unsuccessful as they tried collecting before 6 am. Second time we tried things went smoothly, but only got 3 of the 4 parcels. I wrote customer service and a few days later the last parcel arrived. The boxes we had used were all sturdy moving boxes. But all had been mishandled somewhat. We had bubblewrapped all the frames of pictures inside the boxes, yet they were broken. Shattered glas in several boxes. Some of the boxes had visible holes in them??
