There was a mistake in the collection address and this error delayed the entire collection by 2 weeks as no one from the customer service answered my multiple emails for one week. Really a poor customer service and job. I don't recommend ecoparcel.

Delivery arrived in good conditions a bit later than usual but I'm happy with the experience.

Please people stay away from this "company", It's totally SCAM. They lost (stolen?) my luggage shipped from Dublin to Italy that has never arrived. From 3 days they removed their email address, so we cannot contact them anymore since they don't have a telephone number too. I'm starting a legal way against them to get back my money and the value of the luggage. They use to remove all the bad comment from Facebook and Instagram, a lot of people are complaining and after a while their comments doesn't exists anymore. It's SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY of 2 people. I will write bad reviews everywhere until you close your company.

Speaking about Spain - it has been incredibly slow and problematic to get the courier to pick up the package. They didn't show up in the booked day and didn't notify, it took 4 business days to make it (contacting client support via web-site, exchanging several emails, calling to local transport service responsible for picking up, changing the pick up date twice... nightmare). Everything after this was fast = 1 business day to get the package to Poland (based on tracking information on the web-site - it is stated delivery will be tomorrow). We'll see. Client support is fast and good, local transportation partner - awful.

Never use ECOPARCEL!!!!!!!! They collected my box on the 21st of August and it still didn't arrive!!!! (today is the 12th of September) They are not reacting to my emails and messages! I have no idea about my box! Its not normal my personal things were inside! If someone has the same problem pls write me: adam.krisztina95ATgmail.com we have to do something!

Easy booking, parcel was collected on time, but the delivery took a lot longer than planned. More than two weeks from France to Germany

This package shipment went definitely worse than the other time. 1. Shipment from Sweden to Finland should last 1-3 days based on the information from the website, while in my case it lasted 8 days (and could be longer if not my intervention). 2. There is very little information given in a parcel tracking. So I didn't know what day should I wait for the courier, neither could I find any contact to parcel shop in order to arrange a delivery. I managed to do it only through GLS services that were used by Ecoparcel. I managed to get in contact with Ecoparcel service desk also, but it was some time after I managed to contact the parcel shop different way. (It would be helpful to have also a possibility of phone call).

Very easy to use website made booking my packages simple. Collection was prompt and courteous, delivery to the UK was incredibly quick! Less than 4 days and the online tracking updates were accurate and comprehensive. Price was the best I found and I would happily recommend Ecoparcel to anyone wanting excellent service and value for money.
