The boxes were picked up, shipped and delivered without any hiccups. The only thing I would´ve really wished for was to have a little more information regarding specifics about the timing of the transportation and the delivery. For me, I could only see when they were in a specific country, and I didn´t know until the very same day when the boxes were out for delivery. Luckily, I was able to coordinate to leave work to pick them up.
Easy to use parcel collection and delivery service at a competitive price. Did exactly what was promised. Highly recommended. Thank you Ecoparcel.

Ok service, but I had to wait for two days at home before they came to pick up the parcel, as they don't call you when the currier is coming. The price is very competitive!
I give 3 stars because I was waiting for the box to be picked up on the date scheduled, but no one came. I called the delivery company, and they told me that the pick up date that appeared in their system was scheduled for the day after,.meaning that I had to stay another full day at.home without going to work.
The message says my box is already at the destination but it´s not. I am waitting for they answer because they just told they will chek it. I had to write them twice
