It took a week to arrive, but in the end all well. They even put some extra tape for safety of the box. Would definitely use again.
This was the first time that I used this site and was slighly sceptical that it would work successfully in France. I signed up and needed a parcel collecting from an address (in the middle of nowhere) in SW France to be delivered to an address in Italy. Item was booked in on Friday evening collected from me on Monday morning and arrived in Italy on the Friday. You can check on the transit progress and the price seems very reasonable. I would recommend and use again. Very pleased

****** Absolutely fab service ****** The courier came the next day to collect the parcel at my door. Tracking information was accurate. The recipient got the parcel 2 days later. In all it took 3 days for the parcel to leave my door in rural france to arrive at it's destination in Italy. I also had to make a couple of email enquiries regarding the package and these were both answered within a couple of hours.
The best part was the time of the shipping which was what appeared on the webpage and the price which was very low compared to similar services. However, the treatment of the parcels is able to improve, the were throwing my parcels even when those were collected at myplace. In addition, I was given a wide range of time when the parcels were to be collected which made me stay at home for the whole day.
Best service I have ever got in Europe. Highly recommended.
