Great service door to door
I have booked with this company at the beginning of December to send a parcel. They have never collected it. Since that I am requesting a refund and they even don´t answer my emails. Really bad service
Easy to book the parcel, they turned up on the day they said they would, parecl arrived at destination. All very easy and efficient. 2nd time I've used them, would do again, no problem.
they are thieves, they wont deliver your package, wont return your goods and wont even refund you. thieves thieves thieves. no customer service
Opened a ticket with them #51725 since my parcel was damaged in transit. This was 2017-11-21 , I was told that they should reach a resolution within 30 Days. Both me and the sender has since then been trying to communicate with Ecoparcel but with no results. There has been no updates and no resolution to my claim. Me and the sender keep on asking for updates and information but they just keep on ignoring us. Please take your responsibility as a Company and solve our claim.

The last information I had from Ecoparcel Nov 27th! All she needs to do is pass on my information to GLS who made the faults. I have tried twice to get GLS to take responsibility.
