Managed to leave my purse and diary at the hotel in Spain but would miss my flight home if I went back for it. Used Ecoparcel to collect it and i would definately recommend it. They were fast and inexpensive.
I must say my boxes where not in best shape and one of my items was broken :(

I used this service for the first time.Happy with the way how my parcel was picked up and delivered.I unfortunately I am not satisfied with communication. I needed help,I sent email and I received answer in more than 2 days.This was quite stressful and disappointed. Anyway thank you for delivered my parcel safely. Maria

I was disappointed to find out that the company does not have any telephone contact number and the only way of communicating is via email, which makes it much longer. Furthermore, I chose to use the services of this company since in the advertisement it stated that delivery would take 2-4 days. Unfortunately, my parcel was only delivered towards the end of the 5th working day. Since the time was of the essence for me, I was highly disappointed.
Poor handling with my Parcel. Even though I did try to secure the content as good as possible with lots of bubble wrap and tissue, the packer somehow managed to deform my frying pan and other kitchen stuff. The parcel also arrived quiet raddled. Good thing I didn't had any fragil stuff in it.
