Eco parcel provides an easy shipping method with super fast and easy registration and you can use the service inmediately. Prices are good for starting your ecommerce business and if you don't have a huge volume of parcels. User friendly interface, straight forward instructions and process. It is easy to send the customer a shipment tracking link by providing them the Eco Parcel Order ID and zip code.

They where in time to collect the parcel from sender and it was actually very quick in deliver to address. Recommend for sure!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this transport company. During my recent delivery my suitcase was severely damaged while in their care. It was in perfect condition before handing it over, and it arrived broken, with visible structural damage that makes it unusable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the condition in which your suitcase arrived and understand how disappointing this situation must be.
We would like to clarify that suitcases are not designed for road transportation as standalone shipping items and, for this reason, they are not recommended to be shipped without protective packaging. During the booking process, we inform all customers that suitcases must be properly packed inside a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe transport.
Unfortunately, when these packaging guidelines are not followed, the risk of damage during transit significantly increases. Proper external packaging is essential to protect items from the normal handling processes involved in road transportation.
We genuinely regret that this has been your experience and appreciate your understanding regarding the importance of following the packaging requirements outlined at the time of booking.
