I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the company Ecoparcel. Very easy to use, super organized and punctual. Excellent prices. Delivery was also extra fast from Spain to Germany, only 3 days! The only issue was that the box got quite damaged and one item broke, but I guess that’s not Ecoparcel’s fault, rather the delivery company itself. But besides this issue all went well. I hope they can pass on the message to GLS to ensure a nicer handling of packages in the future.
I miss a little more information. For example, I didn't receive any confirmation that my order was placed or any updates of the state of the order, so I wasn't sure if everything works.

At the moment, over 30 of your parcels are in transit, and none of them have been lost.
As we explained yesterday, one parcel wasn’t delivered due to an incorrect address. Today we’ve forwarded the correct address to the local depot, and the parcel will be put out for delivery on the next business day.
Transit times from Poland to Italy typically range from 2 to 4 business days; in most cases, parcels are delivered on the third business day (picked up on Monday, delivered on Wednesday).
