Efficient and cheap service with just some communication problems. I used Ecoparcel twice, once from Italy to Denmark and another time from Denmark to Belgium.
Both times the packages were delivered with no problems.
Just a couple of issues: the first time the parcel was picked up 1 day later than expected, but maybe it happened due to the short notice and being during a holiday period. It also took a little more than expected to be delivered (around 1 week).
The second time, after ordering it, I haven't received any confirmation email (I got one the first time), so I wasn't sure if the pickup was confirmed for the chosen day or not. The assistance center was quick to reply, but unfortunately, due to unknown problems, they couldn't find my order in the system.
Eventually the package was picked up on time and quickly delivered in a couple of days.
I would suggest to work a bit on the system communication and consistency part, but other than that it is an excellent service for an extremely competitive price!

Great service. Wow, I sent my Easter parcel on Tuesday and it arrived in just three days. Efficient staff to handle my order. And so unbeatable rates! Totally enthusiastic about Ecoparcel!

Very good service for less money. Excellent service. The package was delivered on time on the other side of Europe. I could even check on a daily basis where it was. Very good price, probably the cheapest in Ireland. Definitely my first option when sending a package

Very efficient and great cost. Compared to sending via the post office this was an excellent, efficient and secure way to send a parcel very economically. Could not be more satisfied.
