Great service and cheap. I sent a big package from Sweden to Italy, I got the cheapest price for the dimensions of my box. Charging the EcoBalance is easy and fast with a credit card, but it must be done before filling all the shipping details or you will have to fill them again. The courier came on the day I had requested and the package arrived in the city on the day they had estimated. I don't know why the courier said that they tried to deliver it but didn't succeed, when in fact they never did. It arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will use it again for sure. Highly recommended!

really professional. my first time and for sure i'll repeat. I have been using differents Trasports company from Poland to Spain and Spain Poland. This is my first time using ecoparcel, and i hope all the new experiences will be the same. Your employees really sympatic and nice, and the package arrive in good state and quite fast.

Very good customer service. The parcel didn't arrive the day it was supposed to so I contated the customer servide through Facebook.
Laura was very nice, I wrote my problem and she said that she would contact the company to assure my parcel would me delivered next day (Friday) or Monday morning.
Parcel was delivered the next day, she was very helpful.

Great service!. I sent a parcel from London to Spain with lot of important clothes, shoes and more things, and it has been delivered succesfully in the period of only two working days!! Terribly amazing! Thanks to the team for this amazing service, I won't hesitate in repeat soon!
