Cheap and quick. The boxes were picked up the day after making the order at exactly 2pm from Venice, Italy, and were delivered to Berlin a few days later. An incredibly cheap and easy way to move house.

Very good service. I was very happy with the service. Just one problem: I could not succeed on getting the promised 5€ discount for the first shipping.

Everything perfect!. They collected the parcel on Monday in Spain and I have received it on Friday morning in Copenhagen. Not the faster courier but for sure the cheaper! Everything was in perfect conditions inside the box, although it was very good packaged before sending (be sure to protect everything if you don't want to have any problem). The deliveryman phoned me when he arrived but I don't sure if all of them do it. I had read many bad opinions about Ecoparcel but it's the 2nd time I use them (with GLS like courier from Ireland and Spain to Copenhagen) and everything was perfect. I will use them again, as it's much cheaper than check-in a suitcase with Raynair from Malaga Airport to Copenhagen. Just be sure to protect everything perfectly.

all great, improve the delivery end with the local carrier. My experience with ecoparcel is fantastic, only a minor hiccup when it comes to the delivery end, since the process is not always flawless if the receiver is not available at the moment the carrier arrives. In this case, they let the info to go to a shop nearby, but the parcel was not there and it took a couple of days to contact the carrier, check where the parcel was and agree on the new delivery date. Then from there it went smooth as usual.

Good communication and overall. I chose Ecoparcel because of good reviews from colleagues and friends. I shipped 5 boxes from Sweden to Spain. There were some problems with the spanish courier which canceled the first delivery but everything arrived the day after. Apart from this inconvenient that caused some delay I still recommend Ecoparcel which answered promptly to my emails and assured that the parcels were successfully delivered.
