Kovček. I can say that my luggage was delivered in one piece :D but 2 days later. They picked up it on day they said, everything was ok, they also infirmed me where is my luggage, so it was not problem. :D
Nice. The only "problem" was that I sent it at the same time as my friends, all the same, same city, weigh and so on and I received it one day later, 7 days. Poland - Spain. I wrote them and in few hours they answered saying that everything was going well. The package was a bit grated, but nothing out of expected. I will repeat for sure.
Impeccable service. This is the second time I use Ecoparcel and it's been impeccable again. I got my parcels in time, they were as punctual as they said they'd be and, most important, it's an affordable way to send parcels! In my experience, it's the perfect service to avoid checking in at the airport (but not only). I will use Ecoparcel again soon, for sure. Thanks!
