really professional. my first time and for sure i'll repeat. I have been using differents Trasports company from Poland to Spain and Spain Poland. This is my first time using ecoparcel, and i hope all the new experiences will be the same. Very good customer service. The parcel didn't arrive the day it was supposed to so I contated the customer servide through Facebook. Laura was very nice, I wrote my problem and she said that she would contact the company to assure my parcel would me delivered next day (Friday) or Monday morning. Parcel was delivered the next day, she was very helpful.

Fast and easy. Ecoparcel was fast, easy and reasonably priced solution to send small but heavy parcel from Belgium to Spain.
Very good service. I sent another parcel (the second one) after around 3 months, and I have to say that everything went very well again- no problems at all. For the super cheap price they offer I know that the services may be economy class but to be fair, it's just like any other expensive courier, maybe even better, and for waaaaayyyy cheaper. Good stuff
OK for the whole process. Everything was fine. The parcel was picked up and delivered on time as scheduled. Great service at a reasonable price.
