It was my first and my last time to contract any service with Ecoparcel. The parcel was delivered today after two months later and more than 30 emails. There is no feedback amongst customer service.customer and courier. I am one member of a big company and from now I am going to explain my coworkers how Ecoparcel works. That is all.

My parcel was collected on time and delivered exactly when I expected. The price is unbeatable. Most importantly, I needed to make a clarification for ensuring collection and the Customer Service agent (Liza) answered right away and passed the information to the shipping company. Highly recommended.

Lost my bag and handed over another box saying it was my bag. The company don't have phone for contact.

Everything was perfect. My parcels travelled from Belgium to Italy in 3 days. The costumer is constantly updated via email on the status of the delivery. Very reasonable price.

I am satisfied with reliable side of the service: collected on the agreed day, delivery status is frequently updated. On one occasion the refund was handled without any hassle. I dislike that I don't know the approximate time of parcel collection so I have to be stuck home all day.

I wanted to send a parcel from Denmark to the UK. I found ecoparcel via Google and have chosen it because of the competitive price. The pickup from my workplace did unfortunately not work out (they won't call you when picking up the parcel). After the second unsuccessful attempt, I asked ecoparcel to cancel my order and refund my money. I got an answer from the customer service within 24 hours and the full amount was refunded to my credit card.

I have to thank EcoParcel for their fast service. On a 6-8 days delivery I had my parcel collected in Ireland on Thursday and on Wednesday was already at destination (Italy). I was not able to use a corrugated cardboard and my box was a bit weak so my parcel arrived a bit damaged. But since it's my fault I can't complain at all (they give you some suggestions to make sure your parcel arrives in good conditions and among them there is using corrugated cardboard and strong boxes). I highly recommend it and I will use it again if needed.

I have had a few issues in the past not the fault of Ecoparcel. Emailing Ecoparcel customer services with the parcel reference as subject has always fixed the problem - excellent customer service! Not the only company offering good prices but I will stick with Ecoparcel because I trust my parcel is in good hands. I only wish they would expand beyond Europe. All the best, Ecoparcel!

The company was unable to pick up the parcel two times in a row because of an error on the website which prevented it from recognizing the address correctly. Online support was responsive, but useless - they told me they corrected the address, but the order was cancelled nevertheless. Every time the expected pickup time was set from 8am to 6pm - which required me to schedule 2 days off the work to only learn in the middle of the day that they were unable to process the order. Totally miserable experience.

Collection was cancelled without notice at the beginning and a few hours later the courier appeared without notice again to pin-up the box... bad service as there could have been nobody in the house at that stage.
