A time frame from 8am till 6pm is rather long period, I guess it would be nice if it would be possible to receive some kind of message a short time before they arrive to collect or deliver the parcel. Other than that I had really good experience with Ecoparcel. I send twice already big moving boxes from Denmark to the Netherlands. One time it took around two weeks and the other time it took two days. I guess it is important to be prepared that it will not always be fast, but eventually it is going to arrive. When I was able to stay home to wait for the delivery also not for the second try of the delivery it was simply dropped at a close by locations from where I was able to pick it up. I also was able to select this pick up station myself. Which was in the beginning not really clear to me but after doing some research on the website of Ecoparcel it turned out to be really easy. The second time the driver called me and left it in front of my door. All in all I would recommend Ecoparcel. I think it is a very nice option to send bigger items from country to country and the price is really good!
