Awful. Awful. Awful. You didn't pick up my parcel 3 times in 2 weeks, I lost 3 holidays to stay at home waiting for no one, finally you delivered a parcel in Italy which is not mine (actually my parcel is still here with me in Denmark) , honestly I don't know where you picked up it and when. Terrible, awful. I lost my money I guess. Unbelievable . Compliments! I give up.

Cheeap but package can be handled with more care...

I've now had two experiences with ecoparcel and we are 0 for 2. The first time they didn't deliver on the day that they were "out for delivery" and the customer service people continued to tell us not to leave the house for the next five days because "it's out for delivery." The parcel came on day 8. The second time, we scheduled a pick up for the day before we left our holiday rental (today), and we've seen no one. Now we will be waiting at the post office tomorrow for it to open and hope that we are able to still make it to our train. I have nothing good to say about this company. Stay away.

Quick and easy, what you hope for in a courier.

I live in the countryside in Spain and I am always nervous of arranging collections and deliveries of goods. I have used Ecoparcel before and all seemed to go well though it did take a while for my parcel to reach Finland. On this last occasion I contacted Ecoparcel customer services by email, explaining the above situation. Almost immediately they responded to tell me they had contacted the courier to arrange pickup. The next morning at 9am sharp the courier called, we arranged to meet and all went very smoothly. I have since received confirmation emails from Ecoparcel regards the pickup and onward transit of my parcel. Very happy with Ecoparcel delivery and also cost. Would recommend to everyone.

Not the first time using the services of ecoparcel and everything went smooth and well again.

My parcel took a few days more than it should have due to one of the couriers sending it to the wrong place. I complained and it was rectified immediately and a full refund given I understand that these things happen and was happy with the way they dealt with my complaint

Complimenti ad Ecoparcel per il lavoro svolto. Ho spedito da Bratislava a Palermo, sono stati puntualissimi e molto cortesi. Lo consiglio a tutti!
