Very Good, very fast!!

A bit slow with pickup since they go via a partner for pick up service. Rest is nice.

Great company, delivery went really fast, i had no problems with collecting the package. I would totally recommend it

The process it's been quick, I definitely will use the service again when needed.

Unpleasant experience with guy collecting boxes, poor english, unfriendly and arrogant attitude

My package was picked up successfully, but after that it has all gone wrong. It was supposed to go from Czech Republic to Finland, but tracking showed it as ended up in a warehouse in Portugal. I contacted customer service which replied nicely that she would notify warehouse to send it to Finland as soon as possible. Now it has been marked as "outbound" for many days, and I've tried to contact customer service to receive an update and know if it has been sent, or where the parcel is, but I have not received any reply. Price is cheap and I'm willing to forgive first mistake, but now it's already 14 days since pickup, and I have no idea where in the world my package is.

I am very unhappy to announce that my two parcels were not collected, despite my payment being successful. After contacting them, one member of the customer service reassured me that a new collection was issued for the next day, however, it has been two days since then and no-one has come for collection. In the meantime, I have constantly been contacting Ecoparcel via Facebook and e-mail to receive clarification regarding the next collection day, but Ecoparcel has failed to get back to me on the matter, which is extremely frustrating. I would like to see the issue being dealt with.

Had to pick up the parcel myself from the end of the street, rather than having it delivered to the front door. This might be the fault of GLS rather than Ecoparcel.
