Good service and price, but I was expecting for home delibery. Careful then with heavy packages

Awful experience. I ordered delivery from London for two parcels, one going to Italy and one going to France. I put myself the label on each parcel to avoid confusion, but an additional label has been later put on each parcel by the company: this caused the two parcels to be switched and the one meant to travel to Italy was delivered in France and viceversa. I repeatedly try to get in contact with the company and it was a nightmare. They do not reply or reply extremely slowly and do not help, keep say8ing "how can I help?". It has been very frustrating. Additionally, parcels were delivered in very very bad conditions: they were broken in a few places, opened and bashed. Awful experience.

Excellent, no hassle house to house delivery service for a great price. Highly recommended!

Easy to use prompt pick up from Spain delivery to UK took a little longer than expected good tracking online though.

Very bad!!! My parcel hasn't been collected for 4 days and nobody replied on my questions!! Have to cancell my order. Nobody explained me why that has happened and I still havent received refund on my account!! Awful customer service and communication only via email (not working anyway)!! Never again!

It was almost as quick as expectet

There was a mistake in the collection address and this error delayed the entire collection by 2 weeks as no one from the customer service answered my multiple emails for one week. Really a poor customer service and job. I don't recommend ecoparcel.

Delivery arrived in good conditions a bit later than usual but I'm happy with the experience.

Please people stay away from this "company", It's totally SCAM. They lost (stolen?) my luggage shipped from Dublin to Italy that has never arrived. From 3 days they removed their email address, so we cannot contact them anymore since they don't have a telephone number too. I'm starting a legal way against them to get back my money and the value of the luggage. They use to remove all the bad comment from Facebook and Instagram, a lot of people are complaining and after a while their comments doesn't exists anymore. It's SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY of 2 people. I will write bad reviews everywhere until you close your company.
