Fast with reasonable price

absolutely horrible company, doesnt collect packages, lies, is impossible to contact. avoid at all cost

Firstly, when I registered I did not get the new member €5 discount and although I have explained to customer service I have done everything theu said is necessary I still kept getting excuses. The parcel was picked up 1.5h late without any communication from ecoparcel at all. The parcel tracking system was extremely confusing and the customer service was extremely slow in replying to inquiries, if they did at all. Lastly, the parcel arrived one day later than it should have arrived the latest. This all would have been a much better experience if the customer service was better and if there was a number to call and not only fb message or email.

Fast, careful, good price

Horrible! Nobody collect my parcel and a month waiting for a refund, never trust this company!! I paid 84 EUROS, Customer service sent me and email more than 15 days ago saying in 7 days I supost to have the money in my account, A month ago and nobody reply my messages!!!! I WANT MY MONEY, YOU DID NOT GIVE YOUR SERVICES TO ME. As customers we have rights, I am going to my bank today to explain that and contact to visa. Do not use this company, Genei its great!!

Super easy to use.

2/2 successfull delivery so far. Good price, they are extremely fast, my parcels arrived to the destination country in 4 working days both times. On the other hand i'm always worried about the insurance on my stuff and how to every file a claim. You have to know, that ecoparcel is a transporter company, not a courier. Which means, that your parcel will go through many different courier companies. My parcel from the UK to Hungary is usually collected by parcelforce, then an unknown courier takes it to Germany, from there someone else takes it to Hungary, and from there it gets delivered by GLS. So, at the best 2 couriers are involved, at worst, 4, which means, that you HAVE to pack your stuff properly, cuz it will be loaded and unloaded 4 times, damaged package is non-dodgeable, and it's basically impossible to talk with a real person. I do recommend them if your parcel's value is under 150 pounds. Updates and tracking is decent.

cancel my orders because they did not come to pick me up a month ago I'm still waiting for my money back. Nobody has contacted me. Basically I paid for a service, which I have not received, I'm afraid I'll never get my money back I consider Ecoparcel a fraud, I do not recommend Ecoparcel at all

Very pleased with the service, definitely will use again. Look longer than 4 days to deliver from Spain to UK but probably because it's the Xmas season. Overall very good service and tracking.

Impressed. I did have a problem because the pick up was from a shop, with obviously, shop opening times but my parcel was picked up from Spain and arrived in England perfectly. Despite the fact that there was no actual name on the details of the package. It still got to me! Thanks Ecoparcel.eu
