Needed to get a parcel from Denmark to Holland, done with ease!

Took a little time to pick up my parcel, but once this was done, all was very good. Will use again.

Da internet si prenota con una procedura semplice e guidata il ritiro del pacco e il ritiro e consegna sono veramente rapidi. Sconto di 5€ la prima volta.

Horrible. The worst service I have seen. They did not collect my parcel 3 times and I have to wait to get my money back at least 1 week. I lost 3 days at home waiting...

I needed to make an alteration to my parcel details which wasn't that easy, otherwise a very straightforward & efficient service.

I WARN EVERYONE ABOUT USING THE SERVICE of ecoparcel.eu. They collect money, do not fulfill their obligations, lie, do not respond to emails and do not want to return money. I ordered a courier, I did not leave my house for two days waiting for someone to pick up the parcel but nobody came. The website ecoparcel.eu posted information Collection problem - Shipper was absent. On the second day of the evening, I canceled the order. The next day, after the order was canceled, someone arrived to collect the parcel. I informed him that the parcel had already been sent by post. The next day, the information appeared on the website that they attempted to pick up the package but Collection problem - Shipper was absent. I do not know if I could talk to a courier if, according to ecoparcel.eu, I was not at home? I asked ecoparcel.eu to return the money and informed them that within one month my debit card will be expired. They waited until the card expired, they did not refund the money and they do not respond to emails.

Servizio perfetto! Pacco ritirato puntualmente dopo meno di due giorni, e consegnato a destinazione, perfettamente integro, dopo sei giorni. Consiglio Ecoparcel!
