Excellent service, used it many times when shipping parcels across Europe. Reliable and very efficient!

I am satisfied that the package has already been delivered (4 working days is an excellent result) but I cannot forget that this time too the package was not collected on the scheduled day. This is a serious flaw, which even in the past has forced me to cancel some orders. You cannot stay at home all day waiting for a courier who won't arrive . It is an aspect that you must correct. GLS is the only courier that failed to comply with the pick-up date three times. A few months ago, after two unnecessary days of waiting, I was forced to cancel the order and entrust it to another courier. If I still continue to use your service, it's only because of Melissa's courtesy.

I expected some delays due to covid-19. The problem was that the parcel was on delivery on saturday morning but it never happened.i stayed home the entire day without possibility of contacting anyone. Delivery happened on sunday as courier delivered exceptionally during covid times
