Además, la caja también ha llegado rota por uno de los laterales. Todo lo demás, ha llegado en un estado adecuado.

Rispetto dei tempi di ritiro e consegna. Costi accettabili.

The box arrived 6 days later. There was no information why where lost in France for 6 days. Zero customer service, only chat, which is not available on weekends. The box looked like it came from WWII. The 2 straps in the box were stolen. I don't know how many couriers it went through, how many times it was transferred, horrible service!!!!

Late collection (after 6 days). Late reply from Customer Service (2 days).

Fast communication. I just left the package at the pick-up point. Fast delivery to the door. I recommend!

Pick up was on time, fast and easy, no need to print anything. Parcel was delivered fast and efficiently. Only concern is they left it in the rain and got a little wet but it didnt have anything important.

quick, reliable and cheap. we sent a parcel from Greece to France. the courier didn't pick it up on the day planned but came the next morning. They delivered it quickly and without problem.
