I must say i was sceptical, but even the adress is not on google maps, the driver called me on tge cellphone to find me and the delivery was fast💥 10/10 Points👍

Terrible customer service... Had to send them three messages on three different days until they responded. The tracker should be updated more frequently, IMHO - just to get an idea of the estimated date... or customer service team to be more proactive at the very least... I'm a little disappointed with the experience

Hat alles super geklappt! Nur beim Abholen wäre eine genauere Zeit angenehmer oder dass der Fahrer anruft oder am besten mit Tracking. Der Abholzeitraum war von 9 bis 18 Uhr angegeben und man muss daher die ganze Zeit zuhause sein.

Great service and price but ... if you have any queries, it takes a while to get them answered. I couldn't change the delivery address after the order was confirmed (within the first two hours of placing it)
