I like that the service is all online and the processing of the pick up is quite fast. What I don't like is the following: 1) the pickup was scheduled on Monday, but it was actually performed Friday (so earlier, which in itself is good, but if I had not been home, it would have been inconvenient) 2) the delivery was to Amazon, midway through I got an email stating that it cannot be delivered. I asked for a return and didn't really get a conclusive answer 3) the status of my delivery is now delivered. So there was a whole inconsistent discussion with both Ecoparcel and Amazon about a delivery ending in a waste of time and resources when it was finally (maybe?) delivered? 4) I am still waiting for an invoice for the service...

Done a few transporst within Europe. Perfect communication during the transport process. Delivered withiin the estimated time. Economic !

Super efficient, I ordered on Sunday and got my parcel by Wednesday. Will definitely use this service again.

It was an amazing experience, I definitely recommend it!! So easy! I just packed my things, wrote what's inside the box and simply gave it to the courier. And in only four days it was delivered! Safe and sound! Doesn't even stand with usual post. Five stars, thank you very much! I will use your service again!

I've tried this company for the 1st time. Collection was efficient, delivery time as well. I'm happy with that, especially when it's door to door service. Unfortunately the package was a bit damaged, but whoever saw it, fixed it with a lot of tape, and made sure nothing was damaged or missing. I'm truly grateful for that! I have more parcels to send Lithuania to Romania due to moving, so I realy hope the company keeps providing great services as they did for the 1st trial time! Thank you Ecoparcel.eu
