THE WORST Company! Sooo terrible and unprofessional company. They courier didn't show collect my package,when I email and ask sort out my problem,they are ignore me and don't respond on my messages.. You can't call nobody and speak with someone. All day I am waiting for courier and also have door camera, nobody come and now nobody answering,sent a few emails asking for help and sort out something,nothing . No recommend definitely and feel sorry because didn't read reviews,now I see I am not only who is scammed. Never again with this company and guys AVOID this company,my package still a home and I lose money.

The service was ok, but the time it took to arrive was too many days more than the estimated time when I started the shipping

Envie mi valija para Portugal desde Irlanda, mi intencion era recorrer los ultimos dias de mi eurotrip sin carga. Envie mi valija porque la fecha estimada de entrega era el 12/08, tenia mi viaje de regreso a Argentina programado para hoy 19/08, mi valija llego el dia de hoy, una semana después, cuando ya no estaba en Portugal. Por lo tanto, mi valija quedo varada en Portugal. Pesimo servicio, no tienen un call center.

Items were stolen from our box, no real monetary value other than great inconvenience since they were things we needed for our children

pick up and delivery time should be scheduled 24 hours in front ( +- 1 hour ) , so people could plan their time

Where can I find the invoice for both deliveries? Thank you in advance

My package was lost and none helped me to find it I had to look for it by myself and then it turned out that the items that were inside were broken. After reporting it, they said that it is not their fault and they avoid the responsibility of the damages. My package was well secured, but probably the package was hit many times during the transit what led to the damages. I lost money, time and my things are useless right now.

Excelente servicio! Mis cajas se recogieron el día miércoles de Italia y llegaron a España el sábado! Todo impecable! Seguiré usando el servicio !
