On the day of the package collection, the sender received an email that the collection was unsuccessful, meanwhile she was at home and available on phone as well the whole day. So I lost money for the order cancellation that failed but not because of me. When we switched to bringing a package to a pick up point, only one specific place was available, meanwhile there are plenty from the same company in the area.

I have a few points to address: The package has arrived completely damaged, with a few holes in the box. If it weren't for the shipper's great packaging, all the content could have been damaged. The shipment arrived in 14 days and not in the claimed 4-6 work days (but I blame the Easter festivity and the worldwide political situation). The notification of the day of arrival has arrived late, and with no tracking or information about a narrower timeframe whatsoever. I just got an email AT NOON about the package arriving between 8 and 18, so if it was delivered before, I had no clue. No attempt was made to contact me; the package was not delivered to my home as it was supposed to and as I paid for, but at a parcel shop. Some Finnish citizens I know have told me it could have been the case, so take that into consideration when shipping to Finland. I will ship with them again just to check if the shipment is going to be faster and the package less damaged.

Excellent way to avoid extra shipping costs, smooth operation and very important that will provide insurance of the shipping value !
