Al comenzar el proceso y poner tanto el peso como las medidas del paquete, lugar de destino y de origen aparece un precio pero a medida que avanzan los pasos (sin marcar ninguna casilla extra como seguro, etc) el precio final acaba siendo bastante mas elevado que al comienzo. (de 30.20€ a 43€ casi)
Otro detalle es que también salía al principio que no debia imprimir etiqueta para el transportista, pero sí, despues de pagar sale una etiqueta que hay que imprimir.
Como algo positivo es que han venido a buscar el paquete el dia que salia reflejado que vendrían y aunque aun no ha llegado al destino, si que está en el pais de destino dentro de lo programado,

I brought a parcel to my local pick up point (Cabo Roig) on a Friday afternoon to be sent to Ireland. It was delivered the following Thursday afternoon...only 3-4 working days in total. Absolutely delighted with the service, communication and price. Will use eco parcel again. Highly recommend!

Easy and Incredibly fast!

You pay for a door-to-door service, and they've already left it at a collection point twice without notifying me first. Before, they used to deliver it to my home, and now it's more expensive. It's gotten much worse.

I've used the service for the first time, and overall I was very satisfied with the service and the reasonable prices. I've sent two parcels from Sweden to Germany, and they arrived on time and in good condition, even though one parcel was slightly damaged (not its contents). Transportation was handled by DB Schenker in Sweden and by GLS in Germany. While their service overall was great, unfortunately, the booked Door2Door service was not possible as the shipper required a phone number from the sending country to pick up the parcel - a condition that was not mentioned when placing the order at Ecoparcel. Furthermore, the tracking provided by Ecoparcel was somewhat inaccurate, as it did not capture all the steps in the process. While DB Schenker provided detailed shipping information, after the handover to GLS, I did not receive any further tracking information or an estimated arrival date. While I understand that international shipping is done by various carriers with different systems, I think a more accurate tracking on the Ecoparcel site would benefit customers, even though it is still a great service.
