Efficient and timely. The parcel arrived on time and was easily traceable. The pick up was also smooth and efficient. The only thing which can be changed is to give a call or a headsup of a approximate time of parcel pick up as my fiance had to miss an entire day's work waiting for the guy to pick up the parcel. It would be easier to schedule the day if you know when exactly to be home. Otherwise everything was perfect, I would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service again. Is the third time I use Ecoparcel to send me things from Spain to UK. It always arrives in less than a week and in excellent condition.

Fast service at an affordable price. The delivery time has been as said by the company; in four working days since collection I have received my parcels at home. The price is unbeatable for big packages.

Good reliable service. Second time of asking and have not been let down

Perfetta!. Il corriere mi ha chiamato mentre stava venendo a prendersi Il pacco, ha attaccato lo sticker sul pacco e in sei giorni da Dublino è arrivato a destinazione!

Great service. Great service, less than 24 hours. The worker who took the packet in the origin place was a little bit rude.

Excellent service!. Is the sixth time I use Ecoparcel to send me things from Portugal to UK. It always arrives in five working days and in excellent condition.

amazing service. fast, the couriers came to pick up the parcels during the estimated time, and also send an email to let us know which day the package was on delivery so someone could be waiting for it.
Thanks a lot

Perfect service. I am very happy with the order, the track and the delivery. Perfect service. Really recommend Ecoparcel. Thank you!

Fast and good!. The guys came in the morning of the day I chose to pick up the boxes I had to send and provided their own label stickers. They have been kind and helpful. Moreover, the boxes arrived at destination ahead of schedule, in just 3 days instead of 5-7. Very good service and a low price!
