I've ordered 20-30 parcels in the the last 2 years and definitely, I would use Ecoparcel again. You are informed of the parcel status on the webpage every day from the collection to the delivery, safe and quick service at a very reasonable price. Customer support team is very helpful and delivers answers within an hour (many thanks to Liza who was taking care of all my questions last week on Friday)

I was a bit nervous before sending the box as the name was new for me...I send box with Ecoparcel from Spain to Germany..It was a very easy and hassle free experience..As I am working timely pickup and delivery very much suited my needs. Regular information on parcel tracking helped me ..I would really recommend ecoparcel to everyone !!!

I used Ecoparcel to send a suitcase in general was good. The only problem was that the courier didn't find the house first time. It would be easier if they called, but they didn't, so they picked up the suitcase next week. Also they said that the suitcase would be in the destination in 5 days and it was 7. I protected the suitcase with lot of plastic protection because I thought they would treat bad but in fact the suitcase was perfect, even the plastic protection was almost new. Really cheap and in general good service. Really good value.

All good. It was fast and easy to order. I have sent 3 parcels from uk to Italy. Will use it again :)) Thank you
