I sent 3 packages from Ireland to Spain and they arrived in a week in good condition. I am very happy with the service as there was no problem with the boxes. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps the possibility of selecting a 2-hour slot for collecting/delivering the packages. Both couriers called 10-20min before collection, but I had to stay all day at home waiting for the collection/delivery of the boxes, since they only arrived in the evening.

For me it is the cheapest way to send the packages back to my home country as I travel quite often. The pick up and delivery is always on time and I have never got anything broken.

Amazing service and very fast my item was picked up Monday In Denmark Monday Morning and it was with me In Northern Ireland before lunch time.

It was good and well delivered, in time and quite fast. But some of my dishes broke in the process, though I had packed them well...

Excellent service from collection to delivery.

I've used Ecoparcel twice now, to send parcels from Spain to England & England to Spain. Very easy to use, both items were collected and delivered on time and I received emails confirming. One parcel had been completely repacked, it was a set of books, perhaps the box was weak. No mention or charge was made and the repacking was prefect. The costs are amazing reasonably. The costs for the main courier companies are prohibitive but this was very affordable.
