I sent two parcels from Italy to Denmark, they were collected and delivered on time and without any damage. I have also been offered the 10% of my expense to give to a friend (new customer).

I had the best experience with ecoparcel its the second time i use this service and i can say its 5 stars company, the only prob is they never know when it can be picked up or delivered however they say the time it will be picked or delivered, so u need to be at home waiting for it... Good Luck!

The parcel I was ment to received never arrived and the company has been unable to tell me where it has been sent. The costumer service was very poor and I received an answer after attempting for a week to contact them.

The collection date established wasn't fulfilled. The delivery has some troubles too, my parcel wasn't delivered at my home, I had to go to a parcel shop to pick it. It was supposed to take 3 to 5 days and it took 15 days. And also the box was very damaged, but fortunately everything was inside.

I would recommend this service to anyone that can be home during a day for the pick-up of the boxes. It was cheap to use and they delivered the first time in 4 days and this time in 3 days from Ireland to the Netherlands! Excellent service
