Reasonably good experience

Everything was fine in the collection but problems with the delivery. I received an email saying the parcel was delivered on Wednesday and I was all they day at home waiting and nothing.... I sent few emails an no answer, very poor customer service. There is not other way of communication than email so I think they need to improve this.maybe online chat? Sent complaint in Facebook too and again not answer.. I had the exact problem with thE first parcel. They are very competitive with the prices but as I said they need an improvement in the customer service. Thank you Raquel

I order my parcel Monday till 12.00 the driver collect next day afternoon, and Friday i can happy for my Christmas gift in Scotland !!! really good service !!! Choose this !!

It was cheap, the courier came to collect it, no need to print out the label or anything. Great.

I'm giving it 5 stars because essentially, for the price and considering it is Christmas, my stuff got from country 1 to country 2 safely and affordably. I guess if they had proper customer support who actually responded with something you didn't already know and actually did something to answer any real questions they'd be more expensive. Overall, great affordable service, just do not expect any bells, whistles or even a meaningful answer to a support request.
