Perfecto, absolutamente satisfecha!!!!!. Ya había tenido varias experiencias de paquetes enviados desde España a Escocia y había quedado bastante contenta; pero ahora he enviado 3 paquetes grandes juntos desde el norte de Escocia al sur de España, vinieron a recogerlos a casa un lunes a medio día y llegaron a su destino el jueves de la misma semana a medio día también, increibleeeee sólo 3 días!!!!!! Muchas gracias, aconsejo a todos la empresa y por supuesto pienso seguir trabajando con ustedes, Felicidades, sigan así.

Muy bien pero el seguimiento on-line debe mejorar. Bien. Paquetes en perfecto estado y muy bien de precio. Deben mejorar el seguimiento on-line de los envíos, especifican entradas y salidas en un país pero no en qué parte del país está, he leído cinco veces que el paquete estaba fuera para reparto y lo entregarían al día siguiente y resultaba no ser en el destino final sino uno intermedio, así tuve que estar en casa varios días esperándolo

Good value for price. This parcel shipment company is offering a very competitive package with attractive prices and acceptable customer support. I felt the communication sometimes a bit sluggish but otherwise I would recommend the company.

fabulous. perfect price, service and shipping. but they have to rely on the separate shippers. the courier could not find my address so I was left in the dark over the weekend. A call on monday to GLS solved the problem and the parcel was delivered within 30 minutes. Again thanks.

Great service!. I have been sending 5-6 parcels at a time, from Finland to Portugal and they all arrive in 1 week, in 1 piece. Great service!! And cheap :)

Great service. As previous collections, although being the very last, time wise is a bit of a nuisance due to being home all day.

Excellent service!. I was a bit worried as I sent a 20kg parcel from Uk to Spain with a very expensive and delicate cooking machine. They sent me a message to let me know the pick up day and the delivery one. It took just 4 days and the parcel and the stuff inside were in perfect conditions. I'm really pleased with the price also...what more can I ask for? I would recommend this company unreservedly. Great service!

Efficient and cheap service with just some communication problems. I used Ecoparcel twice, once from Italy to Denmark and another time from Denmark to Belgium. Both times the packages were delivered with no problems. Just a couple of issues: the first time the parcel was picked up 1 day later than expected, but maybe it happened due to the short notice and being during a holiday period. It also took a little more than expected to be delivered (around 1 week). The second time, after ordering it, I haven't received any confirmation email (I got one the first time), so I wasn't sure if the pickup was confirmed for the chosen day or not. The assistance center was quick to reply, but unfortunately, due to unknown problems, they couldn't find my order in the system. Eventually the package was picked up on time and quickly delivered in a couple of days. I would suggest to work a bit on the system communication and consistency part, but other than that it is an excellent service for an extremely competitive price!
