Happy, but... This is the second order I made in ecoparcel, I was very happy with the service, the first box arrived without any problem in a few days, the second box arrived today, it's ok, but I'm a little bit disappointed because I wasn't home and the box was delivered in my neighbour house without my permission, I don't even know her and no one notify me about it. I've just received an email saying that I signed in the order, but I didn't, even if I do have it now. I still have an open order left, and I would order with ecoparcel again, but I think that this was very irresponsible, leaving the order in someone else's house without the permission of the owner, they have my phone, they could've contact me. I have to say, other than that everything was great, I have to change the details of one of the orders and they were very helpful, fast and nice.

New website is awesome!. I have been using Ecoparcel for last few years and never had a bad experience. Now they have redesigned all website and it supports my mobile phone! This is what I was waiting long time ago. Highly recommended!

Perfect!. I have recently got a 10 kg parcel sent from Spain to Sweden and Im very happy with the service I got, and also with the fantastic price. The parcel was picked when they said they will and I was able to follow the entire journey by the tracking information. I never got the parcel delivered at home but I never do with other couriers includying DHL, UPS either because its very hard to access our building for those who doesnt live there. So I got a notification in the mail of where to pick my parcel, and just one week after it was first picked in Barcelona, I could pick my parcel on a parcel shop nearby my place. The parcel was in great conditions and Im very satisfied, will use again for sure. Also I want to mention that I sent en email to the customer service when I knew that my parcel was at the parcel shop asking where that was located and got an email from Laura in the customer service within 12 hours telling me the address of the parcel shop. Thank you ecoparcel!

10/10 would send again. It was delivered in time, I received a call right before delivery and found everything in one peace. I was able to track my parcels journey by the tracking information. Overall a good experience.

I rate 8/8. Thanks for providing a good service, none of the items were broken, we received the parcel with no delay. Would recommend this company to other people and would definitely use it again.

Good and easy. Recently shipped a rather big (~10kg) box with Ecoparcel and it was a very pleasant experience yet again. I have used this service a couple of times before, and never encountered any big problems, only once the parcel collection was delayed by one day. Not that it mattered though. This shipment was very easy as well. The courier collected at around 10am, and the online tracking started in the afternoon. I was able to track it on their new website the whole time, and it even reached the destination a day early!. By the way, kudos to finally launching a good new website, Ecoparcel! I have to say, even for a person like me (with rather limited IT knowledge), the new Eco is really easy to use. Everything is nice an simple, plus the design is pretty. Overall, a good experience. Will definitely use again, most likely for Christmas!

Great service from your team. Hi this was the first time I used your ecoparcel service and I had an important parcel containing Wrestling boots needed by the buyer in Madrid Spain and posted by me to him with your firm fro Algarve Portugal. After being let down on many occasions by other delivery companies in the past I had my doubts about pickup but when I emailed your firm a polite man called Larry put my mind at ease and confirmed pickup and delivery would go smoothly.
