⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Unfortunately, my experience with SEUR has been very disappointing. The deliveries were supposed to arrive within 48 hours, but our customers received them only after 11 days. This level of delay is completely unacceptable. In addition, SEUR does not communicate properly with customers. They do not send emails or text messages with updates about the shipment. Even worse, the tracking system showed that a parcel had been delivered on Friday, even though the customer had not received it. The customer spent the entire weekend worried, believing the parcel had been lost. It was finally delivered on Monday morning. The boxes also arrived heavily damaged, as if they had been thrown around during transport. This is unacceptable, especially when transporting valuable products. I hope SEUR improves its service, because the current level of communication, delivery times, and parcel handling is far below expectations. – Joanna ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con SEUR ha sido muy decepcionante. Las entregas debían realizarse en un plazo de 48 horas, pero nuestros clientes recibieron sus paquetes después de 11 días. Un retraso así es totalmente inaceptable. Además, SEUR no mantiene una comunicación adecuada con los clientes. No envían correos electrónicos ni mensajes SMS informando sobre el estado del envío. Lo peor es que el sistema indicaba que el paquete había sido entregado el viernes, cuando en realidad el cliente no lo había recibido. El cliente pasó todo el fin de semana preocupado pensando que el paquete se había perdido. Finalmente, fue entregado el lunes por la mañana. Los paquetes también llegaron con las cajas muy dañadas, como si hubieran sido lanzadas durante el transporte. Es inaceptable tratar así los envíos, especialmente cuando contienen productos de valor. Espero que SEUR mejore la calidad de su servicio, ya que el nivel actual de comunicación, los tiempos de entrega y el cuidado de los paquetes deja mucho que desear. – Joanna

Fast but for the a small packet a bit too expensive. Thank you anyway
