Parcel was delivered in 4 days

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my recently delivered package. Upon arrival, the package was completely wet, and the contents inside were also soaked and damaged as a result.

To make matters worse, I could not find any clear or accessible way to file a complaint or claim a refund on your website, which has been extremely frustrating.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund for the damages caused. I can provide photos of the package and its contents as proof if needed. Please advise on the next steps and how I can escalate this issue.

Transporation took 5 days

Delivery from NL to LT in one week. On time pick up and delivery estimation met with actual delivery date. Very good service from GLS who was responsible for that package in NL.

Terrible customer service. There is literally no way of reaching them and actually getting an answer.

Parcel was delivered in 3 days

Todo muy bien organizado y muy rápido. La maleta vino de Francia a España en dos días y en perfecto estado. Se pueden poner en contacto contigo por WhatsApp aunque en mi caso no hizo falta. Muy cómodo.

The system works, but it's a bit confusing the delivery and collection, never know when you're coming...Also you say one day and then it's 2 days after, you say between 15.00 and 18.00 and the you come at 12.00.. Luckily I was home, but for people who take time off work to wait it's not really good .. I still think that personally, it's worth the wait, prices are good...But a lot of room for improvement ...
