Collected package on December 19th with a 4 to 6 business days delivery. Today is 7th January and package has only delivered today. Extremely disappointing, as have used this service in the past with no such issue.

One of the main ferry routes to Ireland was temporarily closed because of severe storms nation-wide, which impacted our usual delivery schedule.
This means no goods are moved from/to Ireland nation-wide.
We understand the inconvenience these delays may have caused and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that we have implemented workarounds to ensure that imports to Ireland are resumed. Our operations are back on track, and we are doing everything possible to expedite outstanding deliveries.

Delivery took 3 weeks, when it had to be delivered in 6 days.

After a long waiting period I received the package today, unfortunately it is damaged and missing at least two items, I am trying to contact the Help Center but without success because I am not able to send photos of the damaged package.

Jesus Christ the way my parcel arrived after nearly a month.Blaming the Holyhead port being closed and took 2 weeks to find alternative by GLS crossings the sea to Ireland should not justify the way the parcel arrived.shame it doesn't allow to post pictures too.Can't even get to eco parcel for a claim. The form you need to complete is not on their site and I sent an email but I got it back that is not in use anymore.is a joke!
