It makes so much sense to send to and from pickup/drop off points because it is easier for the delivery company AND nobody has to sit at home and wait for a package.

You cancel one of my order for no reason. I'm waiting for a solution from your side. I was waiting at home for the courier to collect my package. Nobody appeared in the whole day and you cancel my order. I have paid already for nothing, please refund my money back.

Hi Jose,
This parcel was successfully delivered to the parcel shop in Spain.
I would assume this review is regarding other order, from Spain to Ireland?
If so, we can see that the shipper has clicked on "Cancel Order" and confirmed the cancellation, thus, the order has been cancelled - "RECOGIDA CANCELADA POR EL ORDENANTE".
Later on, you've rebooked the same order for 05/11/2025, courier arrived, you've claimed that courier did not arrive, we've started an investigation with local partners in Rus, Andalusia, they have provided a GPS coordinates of the courier - we can confirm that courier had arrived at the address requested.

Everything went great, and absolutely affordable. My package was sent from Sweden to Hungary. When ordering, I received confirmation by email after about an hour. And on the next working day I received an email from the distributor, in this case Schenker, to contact them for a pickup day, and then received labels in the email to print and put on the package.
When picking up, the driver called and I was able to hand over the package. The package was picked up on a Wednesday and on Tuesday the following week the package arrived. Door to door. I am very satisfied and fully recommend ecoparcel.
