Nice. The only "problem" was that I sent it at the same time as my friends, all the same, same city, weigh and so on and I received it one day later, 7 days. Poland - Spain.
I wrote them and in few hours they answered saying that everything was going well.
The package was a bit grated, but nothing out of expected.
I will repeat for sure.

Impeccable service. This is the second time I use Ecoparcel and it's been impeccable again.
I got my parcels in time, they were as punctual as they said they'd be and, most important, it's an affordable way to send parcels! In my experience, it's the perfect service to avoid checking in at the airport (but not only).
I will use Ecoparcel again soon, for sure. Thanks!

GOOD SERVICE. The service of Ecoparcel is very good. I sent email to ask about the update information of my parcels, Laura replied me very soon and helped to solve my problem on the same day. And on the next day, I received my parcels. The delivery guy was also very nice. They concerned about the customers. Thank you very much. I will use Ecoparcel again.
