As a rule, GLS Parcel Shops are convenient if you can't wait around for a courier during business hours. When booking services through Ecoparcel, if you choose GLS as your courier company, the parcel will be picked up at your doorstep and delivered to the final address.

When you book a GLS shipping service, GLS provides you with a GLS tracking number. This allows you to know your parcel's location and it's shipping status. For tracking purposes, the GLS tracking number will be activated when it's scanned for the first time by GLS courier. The parcel is then updated every 3 to 4 hours when the parcel reaches a new depot. If you ship internationally, you can get a GLS tracking number that works at home just like the domestic one. You can track the package by inserting the tracking number on the GLS website directly.

Please note that your GLS tracking number might not work under the following conditions: the shipping label may have been damaged or the tracking system may have not been updated yet.

You can get GLS shipping services during business hours starting from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. If you want to book a service from the Ecoparcel platform or directly from GLS, please be aware that all shipments should be picked up and delivered within the time frame mentioned above. Depending on your shipping needs and your schedule, in some areas, GLS can also deliver on Saturdays for an extra fee. However, you should also be aware that we cannot guarantee that GLS will make a delivery on the weekend if you book services on our platform.
