It is almost pointless reviewing this company as despite the genuine complaints showing how poor this company is at 1 star (and it would be less if possible) the truth is hidden under a load of bogus "Excellent" & "Fabulous" comments! As many people have plainly stated at best ecoparcel.eu is incompetent and in reality more likely dishonest they certainly have stopped responding to my enquires and have not compensated me or refunded my balance. Their insurance cover seem more like a way of scanning the value of the packages so they can disappear. If this is not the case they should do the honest thing and remove themselves from the courier industry Trading Standards will be my next port of call perhaps their London address can be terminated as a start.

It was very cheap and quick!! But I had't any information about when I was going to receive the pack, so... Lucky me someone was at home when it cames, because if not... I could lost my stuff.

I am very dissapointed in the way Liza handled this situation. It appeared to me that she saw the fact that one of the three boxes I sent was missing more as a detail, rather than something serious. I was very worried and based on her (vague, delayed and uncomplete) replies I did not have any trust that she would do everything she could to find back my box. The reason my box was finally delivered at the right address was only due to the good actions of a lady in the south of Italy, to whom the box was (wrongly) delivered. She contacted me directly and as soon as she realized that it was my box, she made sure that it was picked up by GLS and brought to Rome. If it wasn't for this lady, the box probably would have been reported missing and I would've never received it. The fact that your company had no idea where (and in which country) the box was shows that you are not in control of the situation when something goes wrong. Furthermore I find it strange that your company did not detect this error by itself. If one of the packages dissapears from the tracking systems, this should ring a bell. I do expect some sort of compensation from your company, because what happened here and especially the way you handled it and communicated with me is unacceptable in my opinion. I would like to file an official complaint.

The parcel delivery was supposed to be there 3 or 4 days before than it was eventually, therefore I got some complaints from my client unfortunatelly.
